Installation 2004In August, 2004, we had a well installed. Up until then we shared a well with the neightbors. When the house was built, the neighboring house was being built and the two owners agreed to share a well. It worked out fine for all these years (the houses were built in 1959 I think). The well pump failed once while the Ekegrens were on vacation and I had to pushAlex through a window so that we could get into their house to check out the electic etc.
So in 2004, I decided to put in our own well.
The backyard was really wet but they went ahead. They got their ditch digger stuck and had to pull it out with a backhoe. What a mess.
