"As a young woman she studied the piano and became very adept. She married my father's next younger brother Frank and they had two children."-LAB

"She and Uncle Frank with their children Sarah and Francis (not Frank) for several years lived next to cousin Walter. Later they moved to Urbana, Ohio where Uncle Frank managed a nickelodeon and where Aunt Lou died of uremic poisoning."-LAB

Frank L. BROWN (son of Tom Jones BROWN and Sarah LONG) was born in 1859. He died about 1944 in Detroit, , Michigan. Information from LAB- "My uncle Frank, after Aunt Louisa died, he came back to Marion from Urbana. He had a dairy route and I worked for him for a couple of years driving the horse and wagon out to the countryside and picking up the milk and then helping to deliver it. It was about 1910-11, the year Jack Johnson defeated Jim Jefferies. My Uncle Frank left me in the milk wagon while he went into the saloon to get a beer and when he came out he had the news that this horrible black man had knocked out Jefferies. Then Uncle Frank after he had his milk route in Marion moved to Detroit and he had...don't know what kind of business there but he died later in Detroit (1944 or 1948)."-LAB

"He ran a nickelodeon movie house in Urbana."-LAB "As a young man Frank jumped from the high seat of a circus van to disentangle the harness of the four horses and broke both his ankles.
