Jun. 16, 1864 Hospital Steward At the request of the Governor of Ohio, Hosptial Steward Edmond B. Mosher, 15th Ohio Volunteers is hereby honorably discharged the service of the United States, to enable him to accept a commision as Assistant Surgeon in another regiment, with condition that , if not mustered in as an officer under the same, he shall return to his former regiment or be considered a deserter.
